We were thrilled by the attendance and hope that all those who came found the events beneficial.

Rio Grande LNG, in partnership with local business organizations throughout the Rio Grande Valley, will be hosting several Vendor Workshops at the following locations on April 12, 13 & 14:

There is no fee to attend, however, if you or your company wishes to attend any of these events, please fill out the RSVP form below, accurately and completely, taking particular care to make sure you include the number of representatives that your company will provide and that you check the correct event.

Note: Any interested business is welcome to attend any of the sessions regardless of your office location. In order to accommodate as many Rio Grande Valley businesses as possible, we have organized events throughout the valley. The South Padre Island event will be more geared to the hospitality industry, but will still be general enough for any company to benefit. 

What to expect

The pre-qualification process is typically the most difficult part for many smaller businesses, so these events will walk your company representative(s) through the process and where there are areas that some businesses may have difficulty, we will take the opportunity to connect your company with resources that can help. Light refreshments will also be provided.

The purpose of the Vendor Workshop is to accomplish the following:
1) Introduce the Rio Grande LNG project to businesses,
2) Explain the types of goods and services that the project will need during construction and operations, & most importantly,
3) Explain and help businesses understand the qualification process in order to bid on work, giving your company the greatest opportunity to participate.

Rio Grande LNG is currently looking for goods and services related to the following categories: 1) Logistics & Support, 2) HSSE, & 3) Construction, among others.
