Kathleen Eisbrenner has founded and sold energy companies. She has worked as an executive vice president for Royal Dutch Shell PLC (NYSE: RDS-A). And now she is on the verge of launching two major liquefied natural gas projects in southern Texas through NextDecade, LLC, a company she founded and leads out of The Woodlands.
